WHO CAN CLAIM? New Zealand residents who are aged 18 years or over.

WHO CAN’T CLAIM? Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:

a. the Promoter AND b. the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this promotion.

WHERE WILL THE PROMOTION BE RUN? The promotion will run in participating Mitre 10 and Mitre 10 MEGA stores (including online) which are in New Zealand.

CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
To claim, you must:

Make a Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period from a Mitre10 or Mite10 Mega store and retain your purchase receipt

AND

During the Claim Period visit the website, locate the claim page and fill out and submit the online claim form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information.

You receipt must clearly identify all the key information required to complete the claim: Store, date of purchase and items purchased.

Please note as the consumer you must complete this process yourself on a adequate mobile/desktop capable of taking and sending in the required image of your receipt.

GIFTS

If your redemption has been processed and deemed successful you will receive your ‘gift’ at your residential address provided in your claim form. No PO Box addresses will be accepted.

If we have been unsuccessful delivering your ‘gift’ and as such the item is returned we will attempted to make contact via email or phone details provided in claim form.

HOW AND WHEN WILL SUCCESSFUL CLAIMANTS BE INFORMED?

You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all claims:

  • original itemised purchase receipt(s).

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your claim. If, in the Promoter’s opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your claims (and the claims of that other person) will be invalid and you will lose any right to a Gift.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with Privacy Laws.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this offer or any Gift, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
  • Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of Gift/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed Gift/s (where relevant). Unless otherwise specified, Gift/s will only be delivered to address in New Zealand (as relevant).
  • This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
